add authentik postgresql backup cronjob (pg_dump -> age -> ovh s3) ab2e20643a

backup/ folder with one subfolder per backed-up service (convention
documented in backup/README.md). First service: authentik postgresql
daily pg_dump, encrypted with age public key, pushed to OVH Object
Storage (GRA, FR) for cross-provider DR (IONOS Berlin -> OVH).

impersonal tone for authentik backup docs 15a685df24

replace personal pronouns (ta/ton/tes/tu) and 2nd-person imperative
verbs (Édite, Vérifie, Crée, etc.) with infinitive form. Repo is
intended for professional use.
